We control the level of service from our agency.  More importantly we control our attitude!  Each day we should seek to provide the best possible service.  Do we fail from time to time?  Yes, as humans we do fail, but our attitude can determine the difference between success and failure.  Attitude is important no matter what our profession, sex, faith, creed or race.

 

It is up to each of us to determine with whom we associate at home, work and other social events.  I agree with Charles Swindoll, who said…..
